We will never share any customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone not directly involved in the processing of an order.  We will never spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new styles, important information or to acknowledge information on orders received.

Prices and Availability are Subject to Change without Notice.  Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We constantly strive to keep our site and stock as accurate as possible, so by placing an order it is safe to assume that the item you have ordered is in stock. However if you place an order and we are out of an item we will let you know as soon as possible by both phone & e-mail that we are missing it.

Terms of Sale

All orders will be shipped via credit card payment in advance or at the time of shipment. Wholesale customers are required to fill out our wholesaler form located on our front page. Upon receiving your information you will promptly be contacted and able to proceed with your order.

Accepted payment forms

We accept checks, COD, money orders, Pay Pal, Bank wire transfer; Visa, MasterCard, Discover card & American Express will be available soon . Your credit card receipt will accompany your order when we start to accept credit card payments.

Returned Checks

There will be a minimum $30 fee on all returned checks.

Return/exchange policy

Upon receiving your order should you find any problems, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise. Returns due to our error will receive full credit or replacement, plus return postage. Any other return/exchange must be made within 20 days of original purchase. The product must be received in original condition, with style numbers clearly marked and bagged separately. You may also exchange any unsold pieces under our swap back program, please below for more information. All returns must be authorized by us with an (RMA#) return authorization number.
